Yes. Mission Hills Village Apartments has an online application process. Screening includes evaluation of credit history, criminal background, and rental history.

Residents must have a gross income that is three times the rental amount to qualify for an apartment. Mission Hills Village Apartments also accepts offer letters as a form of income verification. Only verifiable income is considered for rental applications. If there is more than one person on the lease, their incomes are combined for qualification purposes.

Residents are required to maintain renter’s insurance that meets the community’s minimum requirements. Residents who are out of compliance are assessed a $17 monthly liability waiver fee. Contact the leasing office for current coverage requirements.

Mission Hills Village Apartments does not accept Section 8 vouchers currently.

Mission Hills Village Apartments offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes. Select homes feature renovated interiors, washer and dryer connections, private patios or balconies, walk-in closets, and wood-burning fireplaces.
